What counts as one generation?

Each standard generation click uses 10 credits and returns 2 song variants. Lyrics generation uses 5 credits. Saved custom voices are controlled by your plan's voice quota, not a per-save credit charge. If generation fails, credits are automatically refunded.

Why does Creator include 500 credits?

Creator includes 500 credits each month — up to 100 songs (each generation returns 2 variants). It is for repeat creators who need commercial-use coverage without a high-volume Studio balance.

What is Studio for?

Accepted Answer

Studio provides 2000 credits per month — up to 400 songs — for higher-volume commercial projects, client work, and repeated delivery.

Will existing subscribers keep their plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing compatible subscription records remain recognized for billing history, renewals, and entitlement checks. New public purchases use the current Creator or Studio plans.

Question 9

What does the commercial license include?

Accepted Answer

The GoAISong Commercial License grants the right to use the GoAISong-generated output in specified commercial contexts under GoAISong terms. This license does not cover: (1) third-party inputs you upload (audio, lyrics, names, likenesses); (2) third-party platform policies (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube Content ID, etc.); (3) unauthorized real-artist voice or impersonation; (4) lyrics, melody, trademark, or rights-of-publicity violations in your input. Users remain responsible for confirming downstream platform and rights-holder requirements.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Creator to Studio upgrades and same-tier billing-cycle changes can take effect through Stripe proration. Studio to Creator changes take effect at the next renewal. Legacy annual subscription moves are support-assisted.

How do free credits and check-ins work?

Accepted Answer

New accounts start with free credits. Free accounts can use check-ins for more bonus credits, available from signup day and then once on each new calendar day.

Can I edit a song after generating it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the result page, every song you create supports Extend (10 credits), Stem Split (10 credits), and Replace Section (5 credits) as separate actions. Extend continues the song with the same musical identity; Stem Split returns clean vocal + instrumental tracks; Replace Section rewrites a 6–60 second window with new lyrics or direction. These actions consume account credits — whether starter / check-in bonuses (Free) or monthly subscription credits (Creator / Studio) — and are not unlimited. Commercial-use coverage on edited outputs requires an active Creator or Studio subscription at the time of editing.

What is the Voice Library?

When you generate a song, you can save its voice as a reusable persona. Creator includes 3 saved voices, Studio includes 10. Reusing a saved voice on a new song keeps the same vocal character across tracks. Saving a voice does not deduct credits — it uses your plan's voice quota.

Why does my prompt look different after I submit?

In Basic Mode, GoAISong may automatically refine short prompts into more detailed style direction before generation. This stays inside the generation pipeline — we do not deduct extra credits for it. Your original prompt intent is preserved.
