Question 1

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card checkout is handled through Stripe for Creator and Studio subscriptions.

Question 2

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your credits and features remain available until the end of your current billing period.

Question 3

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 3 days of purchase, contact us for a refund under the Refund Policy.

Question 4

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how you pay. On monthly billing, no: unused plan credits expire at the end of each billing month, and each new month starts with your plan's monthly credits. On yearly billing, credits are added once a month, and unused ones stay available in the following months until the end of your yearly billing period, when any that remain expire. Credit Pack credits stay valid for 90 days from purchase.

Question 5

What counts as one generation?

Accepted Answer

Each standard generation click uses 10 credits and returns 2 song variants. Lyrics generation uses 5 credits. Saved custom voices are controlled by your plan's voice quota, not a per-save credit charge. If generation fails, credits are automatically refunded.

Question 6

Why does Creator include 500 credits?

Accepted Answer

Creator includes 500 credits each month — up to 100 songs (each generation returns 2 variants). It is for repeat creators who need commercial-use coverage without a high-volume Studio balance.

Question 7

What is Studio for?

Accepted Answer

Studio provides 2000 credits per month — up to 400 songs — for higher-volume commercial projects, client work, and repeated delivery.

Question 8

Will existing subscribers keep their plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing compatible subscription records remain recognized for billing history, renewals, and entitlement checks. New public purchases use the current Creator or Studio plans.

Question 9

What does the commercial license include?

Accepted Answer

The GoAISong Commercial License grants the right to use the GoAISong-generated output in specified commercial contexts under GoAISong terms. This license does not cover: (1) third-party inputs you upload (audio, lyrics, names, likenesses); (2) third-party platform policies (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube Content ID, etc.); (3) unauthorized real-artist voice or impersonation; (4) lyrics, melody, trademark, or rights-of-publicity violations in your input. Users remain responsible for confirming downstream platform and rights-holder requirements.

Question 10

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Creator to Studio upgrades and same-tier billing-cycle changes can take effect through Stripe proration. Studio to Creator changes take effect at the next renewal. Legacy annual subscription moves are support-assisted.

Question 11

How do free credits and check-ins work?

Accepted Answer

New accounts receive 20 trial credits, valid for 30 days. If used only for standard 10-credit music generations, that covers two attempts; other tools share the balance. Listen to full results free. Audio downloads and share videos require a credit pack or subscription. No check-in rewards. Account eligibility rules apply. Existing accounts keep their original benefits.

Question 12

Can I edit a song after generating it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Extend and Stem Split use 10 credits each; Replace Section uses 5 credits. These actions share your account balance. Commercial-use coverage requires an active Creator or Studio subscription when the edited output is created. Standard download eligibility is checked separately.

Question 13

What is the Voice Library?

Accepted Answer

When you generate a song, you can save its voice as a reusable persona. Creator includes 3 saved voices, Studio includes 10. Reusing a saved voice on a new song keeps the same vocal character across tracks. Saving a voice does not deduct credits — it uses your plan's voice quota.

Question 14

Why does my prompt look different after I submit?

Accepted Answer

In Basic Mode, GoAISong may automatically refine short prompts into more detailed style direction before generation. This stays inside the generation pipeline — we do not deduct extra credits for it. Your original prompt intent is preserved.

Question 15

Do I need a subscription to buy extra credits?

Accepted Answer

No. Any registered account can buy 150 credits, valid for 90 days; active subscribers can buy the 500-credit top-up. Packs also provide a delivery period for eligible official downloads and new share videos. They do not add commercial-use licenses. Those licenses and PDF certificates depend on an active subscription at creation; trial works are not licensed retroactively.

Question 16

Is there a limit on how many songs I can download?

Accepted Answer

There is no monthly download allowance or extra credit charge per download. Existing accounts keep their original download benefits. New-policy accounts need a credit pack or subscription for official standard audio downloads; a valid purchase covers existing trial results and eligible results made during its paid period. The audio file has no watermark. Running out of credits or reaching the end of your paid period does not remove downloads already granted to your results. New share videos need an active paid period. Storage and account rules still apply; refunded or reversed payments may remove access granted by that order. Trial results remain for personal, non-commercial use. Buying later does not add a commercial license or PDF certificate to them. WAV requires an active Creator or Studio subscription. Free accounts remain subject to fair-use safety limits on generation.
