An active Creator or Studio subscription grants commercial-use rights for covered GoAISong-generated output under GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. Below are the nine most-asked usage contexts.
Each section is a yes/no with the operating boundary spelled out. None of these grant clearance for third-party platform policies (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Content ID, TikTok, etc.) or third-party inputs you upload — those remain your responsibility. The PDF License Certificate is your record per song.
Yes, within GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. Use the track as a soundtrack for original or monetized videos, including longform tutorials, documentaries, and creator-channel uploads.
You remain responsible for YouTube’s AI-music disclosure and Content ID rules. If your video is claimed by a third party, work with the claimant directly — GoAISong does not mediate platform disputes.
Yes, within GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. Use as intro, outro, transition stings, or background score under your covered song. The same track can run across an entire show season.
Yes, within GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. Creator or Studio covers paid ad creative on Meta, Google, programmatic networks, and connected-TV under your campaign. Each ad platform may apply its own AI-content disclosure requirements.
Yes, within GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. The subscription coverage travels with the deliverable to one end client. Reselling the same song to multiple unrelated end clients is not covered by self-serve checkout in this release.
Not through self-serve checkout in this release. Creator and Studio are for ordinary creator/client projects; do not embed a track in product UX for repeated end-user playback without a separate reviewed agreement.

Possibly, but no guarantees. Creator or Studio grants you the right to attempt distribution under GoAISong terms for covered output. Each DSP enforces its own AI-music acceptance rules and may remove tracks at its discretion.

Yes, within GoAISong terms and applicable platform policies. Use in course videos, LMS modules, school productions, and corporate training material. The subscription coverage covers the song; learner-uploaded assets remain the institution’s responsibility.
When you Extend, Stem Split, or Replace Section a song that was generated on GoAISong while you held an active Creator or Studio subscription at the time of editing, the resulting edited output carries the same commercial-use coverage and PDF License Certificate eligibility as the original output.
This inheritance is bounded — it covers only GoAISong-generated source material combined with subscription-covered editing actions. It does NOT extend to:

The GoAISong Commercial License grants the right to use the GoAISong-generated output in specified commercial contexts under GoAISong terms. This license does not cover: (1) third-party inputs you upload (audio, lyrics, names, likenesses); (2) third-party platform policies (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube Content ID, etc.); (3) unauthorized real-artist voice or impersonation; (4) lyrics, melody, trademark, or rights-of-publicity violations in your input. Users remain responsible for confirming downstream platform and rights-holder requirements.
