Licensing & Commercial Use

Plain answers to the eight questions creators and small studios ask before they ship a GoAISong-generated track. Read the section that fits your use case, then subscribe when you need to publish commercially.

Here is the short version: Free generations are for listening, MP3 download, and personal evaluation only. Both Creator and Studio add commercial-use rights and a PDF License Certificate for eligible output under GoAISong terms — they differ in monthly credits and saved-voice capacity, not in license scope. So to distribute, monetize, or use a song in client work, you need an active Creator or Studio subscription. The deep links below cover the edge cases: AI Cover input rights, copyright vs. AI music, and the nine common commercial-use scenarios.

Can free users use GoAISong songs commercially?

No. Free generations are for listening, MP3 download, and personal evaluation. Monetized content, ads, client work, paid releases, and platform distribution require an active Creator or Studio subscription.

Do Creator and Studio include commercial-use rights?

Yes. Creator and Studio include commercial-use rights for covered GoAISong-generated output under GoAISong terms while the subscription entitlement is active.

Do subscribers get PDF License Certificates?

Yes. Eligible Creator and Studio subscription output can receive a downloadable PDF License Certificate tied to the song, task, user, and license snapshot.

Can I distribute a GoAISong track on Spotify or Apple Music?

Creator or Studio grants commercial-use rights under GoAISong terms for covered output, but each streaming platform sets its own AI-music and rights-clearance rules. You are responsible for confirming the destination platform’s policy before uploading. GoAISong does not guarantee acceptance.

Can I use GoAISong songs in YouTube videos, podcasts, TikTok, or ads?

Yes, within the scope of your active Creator or Studio subscription. Embed covered output in your video, podcast episode, social clip, or paid ad as long as you keep the track under GoAISong terms and follow each destination platform’s policies.

Can I use real-artist voices or cover an existing song?

No. AI Cover only works on audio you own outright or are explicitly licensed to transform. Real-artist voice cloning, unauthorized impersonation, and reuploading another artist’s recording are prohibited and may be removed without refund.

Who is responsible for AI Cover input rights?

You are. By submitting audio to AI Cover you confirm you own it or are licensed to upload and transform it. GoAISong does not clear third-party rights on your behalf and will remove cover output if a rights holder reports infringement.

Does GoAISong guarantee song uniqueness?

No. AI generation may produce similar outputs across users, especially for short prompts and common scene templates. We do not guarantee uniqueness; treat each generation as a starting point, not a registered work.
