Format lyrics so the right lines come back
Structure tags tell the model which lines are verses and which line is the hook, so the chorus repeats where you expect it to.
Because Custom Mode sings your text as written, editing happens before you paste. Trim a long story or letter down to the lines you actually want sung, and remove notes to yourself that should not be heard.
- Put [Verse] above each stanza and [Chorus] above the lines you want repeated.
- Repeat a line in the text itself if you want it sung twice.
- Keep the names and details you want to hear; anything you cut will not be sung.
- If a key line gets lost, edit the text and generate again rather than hoping the next run fixes it.
Choose the sound around your words
Your lyrics set the words; the Style of Music field, genre, mood, and vocal settings set how they sound.
Describe the direction in plain language, such as an acoustic folk ballad or a lo-fi beat with soft vocals. Male, female, or instrumental vocal settings are a strong steer rather than a guarantee. Songs can be generated in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Portuguese, and German, and the vocal follows the language of your text.
What you should not paste
Lyrics from a released song belong to someone else, and the GoAISong license does not cover third-party material you bring to the tool.
Lyrics that closely follow a released song can be rejected with a request to rewrite them in your own words, and prompts may not name specific artists or producer tags. Write new words on the same theme and describe the genre, mood, vocal tone, and production style instead.
